There are 2 spaces available; one space in front of the garage located at the back of the property and one space located next to the fence on the side of the property. If you are unsure of where to park when you arrive please contact me or knock on the door and we will advise. Please do not leave your vehicle on the side of the road as this causes obstructions.

Used this parking space for the first time through this app, I highly recommend it, a lovely little estate 10 mins walk from the airport itself, 100% safe and way cheaper than using the airport parking, directions were so easy.

5 star experience all round. Excellent communication with owner. Zoe texted me the day before as promised to tell me exactly where to park, as promised. Nice little estate 5-10 mins from airport. Will definitely use again if I fly from Teesside again!

Great communication and saved us around £40 compared to parking at the airport. We dropped 3 of our party at the airport with the luggage and my husband and I parked the car and walked the short ten min journey to get back to the terminal. Recommended!
