Absolutely awful. The place was occupied, when we reached there and the landlord would not pick the phone despite me trying several times. I had to desperately search for an off-street parking space and it was a very horrible experience.
I would demand money back and an apology from Just Park.

Extremely disappointed, booked for 13.00 to 18.00, arrived at 13.40 but the parking space was full. Tried phoning, texting and knocking at the door, no replies. Owner has let himself down as well as jeopardising Just Park's reputation. Makes me wary of future bookings.

Initial confusion as another occupant was unaware I'd be using the space and there were already vehicles parked there! However, this was quickly resolved. Location for selhurst park was great, was happy to leave my car there and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend using this space to anyone going to a palace game
