I have been fined and given a parking ticket, I accidentally went 30 mins over as my meeting ran over, can I pay the difference?

Spaces a little tight for larger vehicles especially when people can't park properly in their own space. But seems a hood car park.

Used the parking machine first but it didn't issue a ticket so had no choice but to download the app. However the app was quick and easy would use next time

One of the parking pay machines wasn't working. Ended up using the app for convenience.

I paid £2.50 by cash at approximately 09:30hrs and the machine did not print a ticket. I phoned your " parking partner", but the recorded message said the office was "closed because of the Covid pandemic". I therefore had no option but to pay using the JustPark app.
