Good afternoon JustPark booking (#B5920305) I am sending this email to the owner of the space as well the parking company who I pay my parking fees too. I pay in good faith to be able to park in the space I have agreed to use. Well today 31/10/19 when arrived just after 7am to park my car there were refuse bins blocking the access drive that leads to the parking space. I just could not get between the refuse bins to enter the parking area where I park. I also wish to bring to your attention some of the bins were overflowing. Please also note I have had recent neck surgery although I can drive and unable to move bins etc which may damage my neck thus affecting my recovery. I would be grateful if waste bins are not placed in the access drive to the parking area I use. Secondly the matter of the bins blocking the access drive needs to be resolved ASAP otherwise I may need to cancel the parking slot and look for another one which I can park in without any problems. As a result of inconsiderate residents placing their bins in the access driveway I would like the £8.10 I had to pay today for alternate parking refund back to me ASAP. I am not happy I had to pay for parking today as access to my normal parking area was blocked by waste bins. Thank you. Regards. Miss E E C Bowerman

I think this is a website issue predominantly and to a small extent the owner issue. The booking details did not state it was on a private drive. If I had know it was a private drive, I would have chosen a different options as I did not feel the car was in secure place. Also the person who was meant to own the place did not reply when I was trying to ring. I only got a call back after half an hour and then she was confused as she thought I should have been given a different address. All in all it wasted a lot of my time as when my sat nav took me to a private address, I took it that I was in the wrong place and circled the place a few times, as owner was not available and by the time I did get through to the Just Park team. The website should clearly sate the type of parking space it it when it offers a choice of spaces.
