Network rubbish so connecting to app was very time consuming.

When I came back the car park was full with people still looking for spaces. Some drivers had parked irresponsibly and I had great difficulty getting out of my parking space.

Ridiculously complicated system for simply trying to pay for parking and outrageously overpriced for what is a scrap of abandoned land covered in gravel. Scrap these apps and replace with the easier and simpler CONTACTLESS CARD PAYMENT
