This method of payment is uselss and unacceptable. the parking site is basically a dead zone for mobile phone reception and there is no ability to pay at the machine with contactless payment. completely unnecessary and, ill considered and frustrating!

Disabled parking bays too far away from castle and cafe.
Unable to use facilities and so had to leave the site. Waste of money.

Paid for parking using the app and got a parking ticket for not displaying a ticket. What's the point in using the app if you get a ticket!!
