The app give us the wrong location as we wanted to stay in Mudeford Quays car park but Fulmar Rd was given and I paid £2.79 for an hour. I have contacted customer service via a form to help and rectify this situation to avoid paying a fine

Easy to find just round corner from beach easy space to get into.

There was no door number and no instructions on how or where to park, however, I contacted Grace who replied promptly. Parked easily without issue whilst enjoying a day at the beach. Highly recommended and will definitely use again. Thank you.

I've payed Over £7.00 to park at Mudford going through your apt witch the nearest parking place was fulmar Road witch I thought was the nearest parking place. but no it wasn't it should have been Mudford Quay .so I now have a parking ticket so thankyou very mutch and I have
