Easy to park and a little walk to the airport if no transfer bus available after 6pm but good otherwise.

Seamless from start to finish and the minibus was quick to arrive. Will definitely be using again

Had to ring multiple times on two phones before someone answered but when they did eventually pick up they were friendly and prompt to arrive. Decent size van for up to about 6/7 people and plenty of room for luggage. Service runs until 8pm but our flight back was late so had to walk. However the walk was fairly easy and safe with a pavement along the main road, about 15 mins walk from the airport.

Arrived at car park 4.30am in pitch dark and absolutely no lights on or signs pointing to the way to the airport. Ended up having to walk back down the road I’d driven in which was in the opposite direction meaning that the quoted 15 min walk was over half an hour. The car park need to be at least partially lit at all times with clear signposting to side exit to airport!

Hello, It's really easy to access the car park. I arrived early in the morning when it was still dark and I didn't feel safe due to the lack of lights. I had to videocall a friend to have some kind of company while walking out to the main road and towards the airport. I carried a torch. I emailed them and I didn't get a reply even though I wrote "URGENT" on the subject. On a positive note, the lady who picked up the phone when I flew back to Bournemouth was really lovely. She arrived at the pick up point very quick and we had a nice chat on the way to the parking.
