***AVOID***
After I had booked the space and parked for three days, the space owner texted me at 2300 hrs the first night, telling me that the space was available between the hours of 1000 and 1700 only, and that by leaving my car I had caused him inconvenience. I sent him the images of the JustPark booking details, clearly showing that the booking was from Monday 9th to Thursday 12th of September. I then felt obliged to contact JustPark because now I felt that the safety of my vehicle was jeopardised. Hannah from customer services handled the matter. She advised that the space owner was seeking more money for what he deemed to be extra-curricular parking, which, if course, it wasn't.
I collected my vehicle earlier this afternoon. I can report that no damage had been occasioned to my vehicle, which was a relief. But I have to say, I could've done without the stress the unwelcome text messages caused me.
Avoid using this space. The space owner appears not to understand the concept.
