It said location not valid with just park, even though it had all the same signage as previous weeks (I park there every Friday to volunteer) I received two parking tickets due to failure to be able to pay through the app. Absolutely gutted, frustrated and indignant

Difficult to get phone signal to pay - had to move to another spot to get signal. Price quoted in app was more than displayed in car park.

So difficult to work out how to pay. Board said £1.80 and I was charged £2.40. My friend arrived with another friend - great confusion because the passenger had the app but it wasn't his car. Took 15 minutes to sort out and we were late for our meeting
