Horrific,no parking space with allotted number visible,called you for help and was given home owners number who didn’t even answer or reply to my message for help,luckily a delightful resident helped us out by advising me to park in what she called guest parking bays,no signage,stick it where the sun don’t shine,will never return

Could not find the correct parking space as none were numbered. Unable to contact Fiona as no phone number on confirmation email and no one at home. Unable to leave the vehicle. Very frustrating and disappointing. Had to pay elsewhere for parking. Doubt I'll use Just Park again.

Spaces not numbered at all so probably parked in someone else’s space as parking for flats. Space owner did not answer my call for advice or bothered to return my call. Basically I could have parked there for free. It did not feel secure but little choice as original parking space was full and most other car parks in Chester showing full. Lady on phone helpful when I called to advise original space full.

The car space was a lot smaller than the description. Not really accurate information and the photos didn’t really look like the space ordere offered either

Directions were clear but parking bay was not . It was the only one without a number so used elimination to work it out . Tried to ring owner but no reply .

There is no allocated no4 parking space there. Spoke to people around the area said it's fictitious and that I could just park in any visit parking. I have since found free public parking closer to my accomodation. A scam. I lost my money.

Very easy to find, quiet residential area, felt my car would be safe there.
10 minute walk from the Racecourse and City centre, would definitely recommend and use this parking space again.

It was very difficult to locate as there is no Number 4 house. There was only a block of flats which we assumed was the space at the front but no bay number to confirm. We parked up anyway in the hope it was correct
