Chelmsford The Granary Car Park

the parking was in a retail park. it stated clearly that it was free parking for customers for 3h. i paid you for 4h. i got a £85 fine as a.consequence. someone is taking the Mickey!

We could not find the car park. The Riverside car park was clearly signposted, but we saw no sign for the Victoria Road car park. In the end we were able to find a parking space on the road, and as it was after 6.00 we didn't have to pay again.

there were no spaces so i wasted my money

I pre paid for my parking space but on arrival to the car park there was no space available and I had to bump my car up on a curb in the hope I wouldn’t get a ticket as I would of been lte for university! How you can pre pay for spaces in a car park that doesn’t have a barrier is beyond me!!

No spaces in car park when arrived despite pre booking. Had to wait until someone left. My colleague also pre booked and could not get a space at all.

Some difficulty finding the right car park and only just found one space

The carpark was full. Spaces shouldn’t be sold without being able to regulate the carpark numbers. Held on line to customer services for 10minutes without being answered. Someone left the carpark and was able to park but it was stressful not knowing what to do. Bad service

We followed the directions to the letter. Unfortunately we received a parking fine for having parked in the wrong place, yet it was justpark directions we followed. I appealed and we got a reduction as the council felt sorry for us but justpark would not admit their error or compensate us for the fine. I often used justpark in the past and never had an issue with following tha directions. I fear the error lies with justpark. Now I have lost faith in this company and won't be using it again.
