Ticket machine out of service so tried to pay by phone but had issues receiving text to confirm details for payment and to register car, so then set up app to pay. Unfortunately, I later found out both payments had been taken, instead of just one!

Terrible trying to book this as the physical meter was broken and the app and website did not recognise the location code after about 5 times in a row trying.. So I phoned and the line went dead when I entered the location code not once but twice. About 7th attempt the web site worked and I could book. Very poor service.
