We were a little apprehensive about booking with Just Park for the first time especially as we would be away for 7 days but we were pleasantly surprised. The website instructions were clear and helpful and access to the car park behind the Holiday Inn Express at Cardiff Airport was straightforward. We understood from the instructions that we needed to enter the hotel to register our vehicle but that turned out to be not required as we had booked and paid online. A bonus was being able to keep your car keys. We would use this car park again when flying from Cardiff Airport, much cheaper than airport parking for sure.

Easy to find and very well sign posted. Easy to park and not far to the main terminal. Only shame that the hotel was not open to residents.
