Parking is not reserved. It is an open access car park. The only space left was a disabled one. I was in a rush to get to an event at the hotel, with parking booked and paid for. I asked a member of staff who happened to be there and they told me to park in the disabled bay and "you won't get fined". This made me uncomfortable but I had no other option. I do not recommend this car park.

They run a first come first served service
My space was not reserved
Hotel said basically tough you should book direct with hotel
You got a problem you need to report to your parking app
Picture is now different without blue cabin picture needs updating

Really convenient to travel to a new city - Cardiff - and go directly to the parking location, after everything was already booked online and in advance. Thanks justpark (also recommended by a veritable Welsh :)) !

We had drive around and around till a space became available, which was 10 - 15 mins. the space was exremely tight and did not seem secure, during our stay I kept checking on our vehicle just in case it was damged. When you book a space I should not have to do this. I would not use Mercure parking again and it has put me off using the hotels if this is what they class as parking. When we went to leave there were cars parked ( I say parked I should say abandoned) everywhere even where ther were no designated areas which made getting our car out even more difficult.

Pre booked a space and the car park was full.... hard to find and one way system creates havoc especially when there are no turning bays.
You should not be allowed to pre book as clearly you don't monitor cars coming in and out
