The car park was closed and I had no warning. Had to find somewhere else at very short notice. Not good.

Carpark was closed and checked with hotel and they said it got closed that morning and dont know why. Tried phoning just park many times and no customer service available. Had to try and fiind somewhere to park in cardiff on event day. Emailed for refund but will take 5 working days to respond. Will not be using them again and would have given 0 stars if it allowed me to
