Parking on Cyncoed Road, CF23

Do NOT book this space to park in. After booking you will be provided with a name but no means of contacting the owner and he will not respond to messages sent through JustPark. This is a private driveway with very expensive cars in it that we would have blocked in had we parked. Out of respect we tried every way we could to contact the owners including knocking on the door so there wouldn’t be an issue, but to no avail. It seems the owner is happy to take your money but doesn’t really want you on the property. If you are parking in this area - you can park on a nearby side street for free and it is a nice area of Cardiff. No refund was offered by the owner / Just Park and additional info about the space was offered only after a complaint was made - pointless! Previous reviewers have also had issues with this space - take my advice, avoid!

Found the space well. Contacted by police 2 hours later saing house owners had called them because a strange car was in their driveway! Eventually all was sorted. The person who put the space was NOT the owner but a nephew who was trying to make a quick buck! The owners were very apologetic and allowed me to leave my car there for my booked hours. There must be a way for you to establish ownership so that this unfortunate incident doesn't happen again.
