Used this car park for the Principality stadium. Arrived and was shown where to park asked for directions to town, attendant was very friendly and helpful, showed us a quick route out of the city which saved us a lot of time en route to Devon.

Amazed to be told on arrival that all bookings made more than five weeks previously had been cancelled - and that I would be receiving a refund!!!!!
Even though I had a txt that morning confirming my space the guy on the gate still insisted my reservation was cancelled!!!
When he saw I would not back down he let me park “this time” but he shouldn’t really!! Not a great experience so can’t recommend

The steward on-site was absolutely brilliant. Welcoming, helpful, clear about where to park and gave us some really handy advice about the best route into town and out of the city after the match at the Stadium. Worth paying just for the speedy, easy exit. A million thanks to him!
