Your vehicle should be straight, opposite and centre to the window badge and not parked at an angle - as two more vehicles may need to park adjacently to the left (facing the property). Failure to follow these instruction will restrict the parking of resident vehicles and will be viewed as INCONSIDERATE PARKING - which may result in a fine being issued via the app and/or your booking being rejected for this parking facility in the future.
ACCESSIBILITY
Driveway is accessible with ease of parking and has 24/7 high-resolution CCTV and lighting coverage for extra day/night safety. Owner works from home office so local assistance to hand if required. NO trade or goods vehicle accepted - and will be politely refused. NOTE: Prices are discounted for weekly and monthly rentals.
