Please park in either the outside long stay surface car park or the covered long stay car park. Look for the tunnel on the left as you reach the top of Station Approach. There is a customer service kiosk is based in the outside section of the long stay car park.

Please display your booking confirmation email in the dashboard of your car to ensure you do not receive a parking ticket.

It is not obvious where to park but drive into the station car park and back out up the ramp. Make sure you have printed your receipt/voucher and leave it on the windscreen.

I gave it one less star as its really not clear where you have to park. for future customers turn onto station approach. continue up towards the train station entrance and you will see a tunnel on your left with a small car park sign. there's no signage to say its the right place but I displayed my forms over night and had no problems so I guess it was the right place!

Not sure why I booked this. It was more expensive than just turning up. Signing was poor for the car park in general, non-existent for JustPark and, as far as I could see, no special spaces for JustPark. I think just turning up would be better in future.

No answer on the phone number during the published operating hours, car park hard to find due to post code error in description and overpriced by £5 compared to turn up and park price. Will not be using justpark again.

Just dreadful. The instructions weren't clear. There was no signange informing whether this was the correct car park or not. Until reading the small print after it was too late I had no idea I had to display the confirmation email in the car to avoid getting a ticket. Other companies such as ring go don't require you to do this. I ended up paying twice - the second time was actually at the car park - to avoid getting a ticket. Nobody was around to assist. Very poor process. I won't recommend the service and I will not be using it again.
