Parking on South Liberty Lane, BS3

No space was available- I ended up parking on the road

Parking is in a residential parking area for flats. There are no parking numbers on the spaces or house numbers visible to show which space you are meant to park in. The mobile number given didn't work and no one answering door at the address given. Was very concerned leaving cars where we parked as didn't know if it was someone else's space. Spoke to a nice neighbour who didn't know which spaces we needed but reassured me if we left a note in the car windscreen explaining situation it would be ok. Luckily it was but it made for a very stressful start to a friends and family trip to see England woman play. Just Park customer services couldn't offer any help either. Please just update your advert with more information on exactly which spaces are yours (the ones directly to the back of the flats had a large van parked across two spaces otherwise would of assumed it was these..) and have a mobile number that works.. if we didn't have these problems the parking space would of been ideal

space did not exist

Space didn’t seem to exist. No contact could be made with space owner, even when Just Park tried to contact them. Someone else was there trying to find the same space. It was actually just a road with parking bays and no allocated spaces for anyone. A neighbour nearby confirmed this! Just Park were quite helpful when I called them and tried to get me a space nearby.
