As described. Very easy 5 min walk to Ashton Gate Stadium. Nice 30 min walk into Bristol. Easy exit onto main roads. Would use again.

SatNav and JustPark directions were spot on. There were many other vehicles parking illegallt adjacent to my reserved space but fortunately my space was free!
JustPark at Paxtin Drive was great and I'd definitely use it again.

excellant and easy location for Ashton Stadium. If you have trouble finding it, I did first try as the pathways are a little confusing. Head back on yourself to the other end of the estate. youll see an underpass, go through it and follow the path round until you come to a park. The stadium is on the other side, straight across from the bridge you should be standing under :) hope that helps :)

The reason I gave one star is that 1, I did not use it, and 2 That was because I could not find it! However, I did like the location and would like to book it again in the near future. I thought my map reading skill was good.
