Park Row Near Bristol Hippodrome, University, BRI

All directions etc were correct. However when I arrived, a car was parked in my space, so I had to park next to it. I rang the owner of the parking space, who did not answer or reply. I left my number on the permit in case there was a problem, and was rung up a few hrs later to be asked to move car so a van could park there. Very inconvenient as I was at the hospital with my daughter. Complained to owner, who dealt with complaint by cancelling my next appointment. Thanks for nothing

Whilst the booking was dealt with efficiently and information provided But ultimately I had booked a parking space, that could not be accessed because of 2 white vans covering it. The space should not be advertised if that is the case, even in the instructions from the provider it said about blocking in a van. Perhaps you should vet your spaces you advertise
