Unclear process of payment. I did not know I needed to take note of my arrival time. Why is the camera system not recognising my number plate and calculating the parking time automatically via the app when I come to pay?

The system only works if you have your debit card details. Google pay does not work at this site. therefore had to pay when I got home and cost a lot more.

Terrible, PCN given for faulty machine.

I was terrible.
The problem with parking was the machines were not working for payment and the online payment only allowed you a few minutes to park. Other users were having the same problem. Customer services were unable to help and car park owners did not answer our calls.
