Parking on Gordon Road, BS8

Everything was fine for finding the space, looks safe. The spaces were for 'small to medium '

Very easy to find. Car was off the road in a secure location. Was very close to Bristol University which was where we wanted and even closer to the Richmond building where we had to pick up my sons cap and gown for his graduation.

I was blocked in twice - vans etc just have no regard for people in this tucked away space. Also bit of a bumpy entry. But all in all very easy to find and a great solution for the area where there is not much parking at all.

This space was allocated after others - the owner was helpful thank you The helpline and just park were awful - We arrived in Bristol after a 3 hour journey - We couldn't find our first space the link had taken us to the wrong place - I couldn't get through to customer service - the owner eventually answered her phone and told us that doesn't happen We found the actual space and there was someone else in it - again NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - so called the owner / she told us yo park on double yellows - and she would deal with the fine - - Ok then - I dont know you - you are talking down your nose to me - so NO - I'm Not going to do that Eventually ( 15 mins ) got hold of customer service - was re directed to another car park - I told him I have height restriction - he said the car park was 1.9 - ( I would just make that ) we got there it was 1.8 - no way - worst thing is we had to reverse into a busy road - I had to call AGAIN - we are now 2 hours in - we eventually got through - and was given this space - ( it was my daughters birthday - I had her and my grandchildren with me - it took 2 hours to park ) We were 30 minutes from our destination and it was pouring it down - but we didn't care we were just happy to get out I used this service because I have height restriction - so booked long before - shocking - Really NOT HELPFUL However the owner of this space was amazing - thank you

The parking spot was very dirty and full of rubbish that people had dumped there and didn't fill me full of confidence leaving the car it was still there and in one piece when we got back fortunately. if I'm paying for a space at least tidy it up I shouldn't have to be moving rubbish to park my car.

It's a bit tight getting into the parking space to leave space for another car

Easy to find and useful space. There was a lot of rubbish around the space, but that was the only problem.

Couldn't even get into the space. Complete waste of time and money!

A horrendous service. I was unable to park in the space as a large BMW was taking up the only two spaces and the entrance was too tight I was unable to squeeze in next to it. I tried to call and message the owner and heard nothing. I ended up having to find an alternative space. Horrendous Just Park!
