Also great location for annual events located at Ashton Court (Balloon Fiesta etc) and city centre events (Harbourside Festival, Grillstock etc), and the many concerts held at Ashton Gate

This space is very convenient for Ashton Gate so although pricey you get what you pay for. Access to the driveway was partially blocked by a kerbside vehicle so I was unable to park by the fir trees as requested. The owner was completely understanding. And Exeter Chiefs won well!
