Terrible service. We tried to call the mobile number listed for the space to get the key fob, but it isn't a valid number. The booking insists 'the boy' will be sent round to help - not sure what on earth that means - but we did not feel safe leaving the car in this space decided a safer option was to park elsewhere. This booking was a waste of money and shockingly bad customer service.

place was locked up when i arrived and no spaces left! the chap arrived (by accident - didnt answer call) ad allwoed me to park outside the actual car park on entry ramp so was helpful but it was a little stressful before work
