Our car parking facility is located in the multi-storey just on the left-hand side of the hotel, on Newmarket Avenue BS1 2EL; via Wine Street (same as the property). Our car park is available to access 24 hours a day. Please note the car park has a height restriction of 1.8 metres.
Our car park is operated by Parking Eye and you must register your vehicle’s registration details on check in to the hotel to avoid parking fines.
Bristol Council have made many changes recently, please double-check your route before setting off as many roads in the centre of Bristol have been closed to traffic or made one-way routes. The only way to reach our hotel is via Wine Street.
Bristol's Clean Air Zone will come into operation on Monday 28 November 2022.
Please check on the Bristol.gov.uk website for all information on pricing and registering vehicles before travelling.

Multi storey car park adjacent to grand hotel so really handy for city centre/theatre. Everything worked fine, went into hotel reception to get ticket validated which they did with no problem. It’s a typical multi storey with quite tight corners and fairly tight spaces but for a fiver couldn’t complain.

I would never choose to park there again, super tight for a SUV, going up the ramps and the spaces plus my boat hit the ceiling when I opened it, the lights were flickering, no working lift which is now great when you are a female walking on your own, at 8.20am when I was walking up the stairs holding my suitcase to find a homeless man blocking the stairwell which was quite frightening

Parking space was available at a very competitive price. Car was in one piece when we returned. Bit of a faff having to validate parking ticket with hotel next door as we'd pre paid online. The door entry ticket scanners didn't seem to work with this either but after pressing the buttons on the door and ticket exit barrier they both opened for us. Overall great :)
