Our car parking facility is located in the multi-storey just on the left-hand side of the hotel, on Newmarket Avenue BS1 2EL; via Wine Street (same as the property). Our car park is available to access 24 hours a day. Please note the car park has a height restriction of 1.8 metres.
Our car park is operated by Parking Eye and you must register your vehicle’s registration details on check in to the hotel to avoid parking fines.
Bristol Council have made many changes recently, please double-check your route before setting off as many roads in the centre of Bristol have been closed to traffic or made one-way routes. The only way to reach our hotel is via Wine Street.
Bristol's Clean Air Zone will come into operation on Monday 28 November 2022.
Please check on the Bristol.gov.uk website for all information on pricing and registering vehicles before travelling.

Very tight car park but secure, I don't know what happened to vehicle recognition but I had to take a ticket & check with Hotel which is a pain with cases, When I read its drive up to barrier the barrier lifts stay your time then just drive PAID on number plate recognition but NO IT DIDNT HAPPEN ?

I wanted to extend my parking and start it earlier. Couldn’t find a way to do this on the app anywhere, just wanted an extra half hour. Ended up having to buy a second session, took a lot of messing around and was very frustrating.
