The gate code was incorrect. I had to ring the customer help line to get in. Very frustrating as on a tight time schedule

After finding the car park the key code I was given would not open the gate. Tried several times but nothing, I had to drive 1 mile away to another car park as I would have missed my show. I am a 69 OAP who had to walk 20 mins back to the show. I am very disappointed with this experience as I lost my money too which I also paid extra to stay longer.

Terrible; the instructions were difficult and the place was hard to find. When I did finally find the car park and access point, the code didn’t work which made me have to look elsewhere and late!!

It was tricky to find as the post code took me to a flyover. With some weaving around and a few attempts taking me to the same point, I eventually found it.

Pin didn’t work on gate for both arrival and departure dates. Had to be let in by Unite Student Staff on both occasions. I called number on JustPay keypad but attendee couldn’t provide a new code that would work. The experience was very disappointing.
