Within a 10 minute drive from the M32, 5 minute walk to local bus routes, and walking distance to Montpelier train station on the line to Bristol Temple Meads station. ***Please note that the parking space is the closest to the side of the house and cars should not encroach on the neighbours’ spaces to the left - 5 cars need to park along this side of the car park so wider vehicles may struggle.***

Really convenient for the cricket ground.
Bit tight getting back onto Ashley Close but that was because vehicles parked on the roadside.
Please note that is not the fault of the space owner.

Only thing I'd add is where the owner says it's "on the left", it's a sharp left turns down an alleyway that opens up into the car park - space is back left and labelled.
