I incorrect selected the commercial number, thought app had failed to process and went on to book using correct carpark number for cars. Have applied for refund. The actual parking was fine as is the app normally.

I only wanted to stay for 3 hours at a cost I think of £3 but both the app and the automated phone number said that I was being upgraded for no extra cost until 16.30 which cost me either £7 on the app or £7.06 on the phone. There was no way of altering it so I had no option but to pay the extra cost. There was no option to pay by card at the machine either so as I didn't have enough cash my options were limited. Very dissatisfied.

From where I was parked the location number displayed, when entered on my phone charged £3 for 3 hours which I paid. I found that if I had paid at the machine it would have cost me £2.70 for all day parking

We used West Street commercial spaces to park our motorhome and trailer while visiting Bridport. Cost was reasonable and obviously large spaces. When we arrived at around 11.30 am there were several spaces, but they quickly filled up with motorhomes and campers
