Parking on Monmouth Street, TA6

There was no parking just an unopenable steel door with nowhere to type in the pin Then when I rang the number for help I was informed by my phone I'd dialled an incorrect number An absolute nightmare and it cost me nearly £16:00 Drove around several times looking for the location to see if there was another entrance but failed to locate one, after following google maps and your link to the said parking space that clearly didn't exist. Due to the policy in work I am not permitted to park on the street and had to in the end and potentially put my job at risk Overall experience absolutely shocking and I will not be using this service to park in private dwellings ever again.

Never ended up using this space as we couldn't find it, the directions took us to a different location and no clear instructions on how to actually find the garage. When I tried twice to call the owner, it went to answer phone, left a message and still not reply 24 hours later. This space is definitely a scam, do not book, lost £15!!!

The landlord is very kind and polite. On the last day of parking, he invited me to have dinner at his home. We had a good time. They all got along very well!
