First time using this and was by accident when I was googling car parks in Backpool, was actually pleasantly surprised. Hassle free process, easy to find and location as described. Price reasonable.
I was a little dubious leaving my car on someone's drive and was unsure of the etiquette, knock and confirm or just park, and then thanking them at the end. Went with park and leave, with no issues.

The parking space was very VERY tight and the garden fence next to the car was very unstable. If it had been very windy I think the garden fence may have caused damage to my car.

Hi, the area and safety of the space was not a problem. However if my car had been any wider I wouldn't have fitted, very tight squeeze!

the space is advertised for a medium car. It is a bit narrow for the MG5 if you drive in. If I use it again, I would let the passenger out first. then reverse in.

It felt the lady that owns the space didn't know we was arriving and to be fair she was quite rude with how she spoke. She had to remove her car from the drive so that we could park in the space and it felt like she didn't really want to move her car. Other than that the parking was fine.
