The app was not clear to use. I pushed the button to pay for my parking but I received a PCN it obviously hadn't started the payment. Very disappointing and unhappy to be charged £45 for something that could have been avoided.

i used your app in Feb, which I have done many times before. This time it said the location could not take GooglePay so I was required to enter my credit card details, which I did. Imagine then to my surpise I received a parking ticket. You seriously need to review your user interface as I was under the impression that parking had started when I entered my details, nothing to inform me of the contrary! Where should I send the bill for the £90 fine to? Cheers.... NOT

Overcharged, and impossible to contact customer service. Three attempts to contact them using online option is not helping. Generic messages come that I shall contact my bank if they overcharged.
