JUSTPARK app is not clear; leading me to get a parking ticket when I had assumed that parking had started; no I am not a technophobe (i design and build mobile apps).

app wouldn't take my card information so had to ring the number on the ticket machine as i also had no coins. then when i later tried to call back the number to cancel my parking, the number said they were having trouble doing so and i needed to go to the app even tho i didn't actually use that to park in the end but i was able to cancel it from there anyway. i was also charged £7.30 upon booking my parking as well as the £4 from the parking itself.
