I was given a price to park and when I got to the payment element I found almost 10% added to the cost. I was unaware of this which should have been obvious up-front. Additionally, I experienced difficulties registering on the website.

The postcode takes you to the front of the store where you cannot park. It needs clearer instructions to go to the street at the back.

Don't follow sat nav as it takes you to the road but not the car park. Follow the A370 and turn left off St John's Road. Ample parking, well lit route into town. I felt safe leaving my car there and walking to town.

Good spot not too far from the city centre. Easy to find a space. Felt a little uneasy leaving it overnight as the space isn't secured by a barrier or cameras. Everything went fine but just ensure you are comfortable leaving your car overnight in a empty car park with no security
