Parking on Ashburnham Road, MK40

On arrival there was a van parked in our booked slot. When we eventually got hold of someone who was talking to us out the window, he said it was ok to park next to the van, however he then proceeded to stay at the window and watch our every move, which was quite disconcerting for us females!! The house that had the designated parking area was just horrendous and can only be described as a drug den, needless to say we did not leave our car there and found alternative parking. I suggest someone from JustPark reviews these parking areas before making them available. As this was my first experience using this service, I’ll be very reluctant to use again in the future!!!!

Our parking space was taken by someone else, so had to find elsewhere to park. Paid for this and did not get a space. Spoke to Hannan about this

Excellent - a 5-star experience

Another vehicle was in my reserved parking space when I arrived. I then had to find parking nearby, costing me time and causing stress leading me to miss my train. I will now try to recover my payment.

Went to get my car after it had been there for 3 days and some guy who was waiting out the back said it was his parking spot and I shouldn’t be there asking me if i have paid and everything
