The gate to the property was locked. It was an electric gate with a keypad & I hadn’t been provided with a code. I tried knocking on the door of the property but it appeared no one was home. I rang JustPark & through an automated system was given a code but this didn’t work. After waiting 30 mins till your offices opened I rang your helpline but you had no other code, could not get in touch with the owner & were unable to offer me an alternative parking space
