Very handy indeed for what I wanted, and easy to find. The spaces are on a private road which isn't tarmac-ed, so approach with caution. There are two spaces here and the instructions say both are accessed via the second gate. The first car had arrived by the time I got there and didn't leave enough space for me to manoeuvre into the second slot (my car is both wide and long) so maybe the owner could think about how to get people to park correctly. However I got on the drive in front of the main door so all was well.
