Great space for access to the RUH. Space was more than large enough for my Audi A3. Just drove slightly past it, then reversed up onto the space.
Access to the RUH was easy via an alleyway almost directly opposite the parking space. Go down the alley and turn RIGHT at the end and you reach the rear-entrance of the hospital. Takes 2-3mins maximum.
Area around the parking spot was in a well lit, residential area with a decent amount of foot-traffic and seemed relatively secure.

First things first-this space is ideal for the RUH. However - the owner is horrendously disorganised. The first time I booked it I arrived and their car was already parked in the space. I tried texting , calling several times and then even ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door but got no response. I had no resort but to find parking elsewhere which was stressful given I had an appointment to make. I eventually had a text from the seller who was apologetic and said he'd forgotten and had a late start. As a gesture of goodwill he offered to let me park on another date for free. I replied and said I would take that up and specified my arrival time would be between 830 and 9. He specifically said this was ok and that the space would be available. I arrived at 855 and again his car was parked in the space. I have to say this time I didn't bother trying to get in touch given my last experience. I messaged him and he said to me that the space was only bookable from 9 and that he had moved his car at 9. This is despite our agreement that I was arriving between 830 and 9. It should also be pointed out that the seller clearly has a large driveway with space for his car and so there was no need for his car to be parked in the space.
