I felt very comfortable leaving my car here, it is very convenient for the center of bath and the communication and booking were both efficient and straight forward. I would definitely use this space again.

The car parking space was excellent and all information very clear but it did take a number of chases to get the information I needed. In the end I had to write to Just Park support for help with the matter.

Great deal, and initiative to offer an alternative parking since original lot was not vacant. However, car park postcode was inaccurate and caused 45 minutes of circling around the area and stopping to ask locals. Exact place to park was not communicated to me. The address and contact no. of the company that was emailed to me was incorrect (apparently inexistent in Bath) - I had to Google for the sister company in Bristol to resolve the issue. Bristol's Steph was polite and very helpful. The parking lot is too dark with no lights at night and very dangerous.
