Really close to Cockfosters Tube - 8 mins walk - and a good residential area. Felt safe walking to and from space even late at night. Would use again.

The Web Site says the parking is 6 minutes from Cockfosters Station. I'm a pretty fit 82 year old but it took me 12 minutes to get to the station!
