I was only parked for an hour, on my return I could not get the app to stop so I have been charged for 7hours, this is the third time I have experienced this same problem so I am left paying for more time than I was parked and left thinking is this app a scam.
I also had a a problem in the 27/01/24 when I parked in Belfast going to the office (AIB) I started the app then went to work but for some reason the app stopped and I got a parking ticket which I appealed but had rejected. The app has no record of me stating the app although a payment is clearly showing on my bank account as being taken which I sent a snip of and still rejected my appeal but I will try again as this is not right or fair. I paid the £45 only because I found the parking ticket by chance in under the car bonnet on the Sunday while filling my window wash bottle the last day before the payment increased to £90 so I had no time to apply. I will be taking advice shortly on how to go past your appeal process on this as it is totally wrong and unjust.
