Car park was full but still takin payment joke that’s all this site is do not use

This is a public car park, absolutely no way of reserving a space despite what the website says. It's a public through way so definitely not secure. I had some mother putting her kids on my bike like it was an amusement ride. No point in reserving a space as its the same price at the pay station
