I had accidentally booked the wrong car park so I'm bitter about it. This was clearly not the car parks fault

Having booked a space, led to believe this was a reservation, I arrived to find that all spaces were taken. Eventually, and after waiting for some time a space did become free. It should be made quite clear that purchasing a space is not a reservation.

Using the app made booking a space and paying very simple but i wonder how you would fare if the car park was full when you turned up? Fortunately for me I found the car park quite easily despite never having been here before and there was a space free.
The car park was very convenient for where i was meeting a friend being right behind the main shopping street. However the spaces are really tight and it took me several goes (reversing, turning and edging forward) to squeeze in to an empty space and I have standard size saloon car. Bigger SUV vehicles made parking difficult as they stick out of the small, tight spaces.

On our arrival at 11am car park completely full unable to park, had to find other parking and pay again, poor service, won't be using again.
