We used the parking at Burleigh Road for a visit to Ascot this year. It is a great location, only a 5 minute walk away and it was so easy! The owner of the house was so lovely, letting us all use the toilet after a long journey and even offering us a glass of fizz! Thank you so much! We will definitely use this space again

Excellent choice thanks to the proximity to Ascot Racecourse, the approach from the north which misses the worst of the traffic, and the little plan which gets 6 cars onto the front lawn and drive without any hassle.
