I thought I was booking a space in the station carpark. I immediately emailed customer support to cancel. I have not heard back. Unclear website and v disappointed that this site comes in searches for the station carpark before the actual station carpark.

Couldn't have chosen a better place to park. 5 minute walk to the tube station, which was also close to places to grab food if needed (which we did). Contact was great throughout and questions were answered very promptly. Would definitely use again.

Great spot of Chalfont and Latimer station - it's not clear from the streetview image but to avoid blocking cars on the narrow drive, there is additional parking is behind the hedge in front of the house - and you can drive out the other side so it's really easy to swing in and out of.
