The parking space is off-road on the concrete drive of our house in central Totnes.
It is a quiet and safe residential street, a no-through-road opposite Totnes Hospital and 5-6 minutes walk in either direction to the top or bottom of the high street, with its cafes, shops, market square and many historic buildings.
We are also 7-10 minutes walk from the mainline rail station. The space will be shared with our own car and is suitable for pretty much every sort of private (non-commercial) vehicle, up to the size of the average VW campervan. We both work from home so at least one of us will generally be at home house during the day.

Very pleased with the parking facilities and Peter was there to help me park when we arrived and was very helpful. The return train was on time and we were able to collect the car quickly when we got back. Recommended.

Great position on a quiet Avenue no more that 5 minute walk from upper main street. Peter is really friendly and texted me with some extra information before I was due to arrive. I would definitely use this space again but I really think the large bush on the drive could do with a trim.
