Next to west hampstead tube and overground station

A bit difficult to find - in a yard behind the cafe that has the street number given. There were two muddy lanes, and I took the wrong one first. Asked at reception at the second lane, and was told that Olympia (who were apparently the owners) were moving out the following day. Went down the lane and it wasn't clear where to park as nobody was there. I phoned Peter who was very helpful. But when I went back to pick up my car I had a long, muddy walk in the pitch dark and reflected that this wouldn't be ideal for a woman driver.

I have used various parking facilities within NW6 area and this one is by far the best. Great value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Shall use again and again.

First time of using the parking space and ParkatmyHouse so a bit worried how the experience would work out - but I am happy to say booking, parking and safety were all really good, would use again.

Apart from the minor confusion over rates. It's £10 per day or £40 per week. (Dec 2012). It is excellent value, well located, secure and Dennis was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would use again without hesitation.

Overall happy with service although address is confusing - I arrived in the dark and did not realise how set back from the road the facility is. This was compounded by the fact that there is a parking area advertised just before to your site. Felt charge for 2 days has high compared to weekly charge (almost same). Overall would use site again
